The Supreme Court Has Spoken!

The times they are a changin' and November 2008 isn't too far away.
What a brilliant victory for the environment. It's amazing to me that the decision was so close but then again look at the dissenters. Full article from the NYT right here.

Bottom line...the EPA must do something about limiting the emission of greenhouse gases or come up with some very good reasons why it can not. Finally the administration can no longer ignore the issue and Congress now has the green light to push legislation.
